My work puts your product into the hands of real people—working cowboys, cowgirls, and everyday consumers—so the imagery feels genuine and inspires your audience to imagine themselves living the lifestyle your brand represents.
That said, I also take on select projects outside of brand work. These include family and engagement sessions, seniors, ranch brandings, legacy ranch portraits, equine sale photography, and elopements. If it aligns with authentic Western storytelling, I’m in.

Are payments refundable?
No. All payments are non-refundable. This includes deposits, retainers, and any installment payments toward your balance.
Do brand contracts include digital images?
Yes. All edited images outlined in your contract are delivered digitally. Usage terms will be clearly defined in your agreement.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me as soon as possible. Because payments are non-refundable, your balance will remain due even if you cancel. If rescheduling is necessary, I will do my best to accommodate your new date. However, please note:

- Every quote is customized specifically for your needs. Rates are influenced by:
- Licensing (where and how the images will be used)
- Models (real working cowboys/cowgirls or hired talent)
- Locations (ranches, venues, or travel requirements)
- Quantity of deliverables (images, videos, reels, etc.)
- Additional needs (stylists, assistants, prop sourcing, travel, etc.)

Are payments refundable?
No. All payments are non-refundable. This includes deposits, retainers, and any installment payments toward your balance.
Do brand contracts include digital images?
Yes. All edited images outlined in your contract are delivered digitally. Usage terms will be clearly defined in your agreement.
For brand work:
- Basic packages require a non-exclusive use license with visible attribution when images are used.
- All photos and copyrights remain owned by BonaFide Cowboy, unless otherwise stated.
- Extended or exclusive licensing is available—just ask.
What’s your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me as soon as possible. Because payments are non-refundable, your balance will remain due even if you cancel. If rescheduling is necessary, I will do my best to accommodate your new date. However, please note:
- A rescheduling fee may apply.
- If a client cancels or “bails” without reasonable notice, I reserve the right to discontinue services altogether and apply all payments made toward time lost and resources already invested.
